What are your hours?
Hours vary by each counselor ranging from 7am to 7pm Monday – Friday.
Restore does not employ a full time receptionist. We will return all phone calls and emails within 48 hours.
Do you accept insurance?
Restore does not accept health insurance. Our fees are based on household family income and can be found on the sliding fee scale. We do accept HSA credit cards from insurance companies and some counselors are able to provide a Superbill for your insurance reimbursement.
How much do you charge?
Our fees are based on household family income and can be found on the Sliding Scale for Suggested Contribution table below:

How do I cancel an appointment?
To cancel an appointment, you must contact your counselor at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Will I be charged for missing an appointment?
Unless there is an emergency or sudden illness, we require a 48 hour notice for all cancellations. You will be charged the full price of any missed counseling sessions that were not cancelled within the 48 hours time span.
What should I do if I have emergency?
We do not have 24 hour emergency call coverage.
If you have an emergency, please go to the local emergency room or call the local crisis line @ 205-323-7777 or the National Hotline @ 1-800-273-8255.
How do I book an appointment?
